PG&E; Corp. resumed payment of a dividend suspended in 2001 before its Pacific Gas & Electric unit, California’s largest utility, sought bankruptcy protection.
The quarterly dividend of 30 cents a share is payable April 15 to shareholders of record March 31, the San Francisco-based company said in a statement Wednesday.
