Suspect Arrested After Man Is Gunned Down

A 43-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after allegedly gunning down another man in the 13100 block of South Largo Avenue.
Jose Sandoval, whose city of residence was unavailable, was being held without bail, sheriff’s deputies said.
Witnesses told investigators they saw Sandoval conversing with Juan Preciado, 33, about 5 p.m. Sunday when they heard a gunshot and saw Preciado fall to the sidewalk. Detectives were attempting to determine a motive for the shooting.
