Commerce Jeans Maker Files for Nasdaq Listing
Blue Holdings Inc., a maker of premium jeans, said it filed to have its shares listed on Nasdaq.
The City of Commerce company, which went public in April, designs denim apparel for men and women under the Antik Denim, Yanuk, Taverniti So and U brands. Its jeans sell in boutiques and high-end department stores for $165 to $325.
The company also is preparing to launch a children’s line.
To meet Nasdaq requirements, the company said it added two more independent members to its board last week.
