U.S. Marine Slain in Dispute With Motorist

A U.S. Marine was shot and killed in the border city of Ciudad Juarez in an altercation with a motorist, authorities said.
The 23-year-old Marine was identified by relatives as Sgt. Heber Villagran of El Paso. He got into a heated argument with the driver of a white sport utility vehicle, who pulled out a gun and shot him, said Claudia Banuelos, a spokeswoman for investigators in Chihuahua state.
