9-Year-Old Hangs Himself on Rope Swing

A 9-year-old boy accidentally hung himself when his head got caught in a frayed section of a rope swing, police said.
Police were called to a home Wednesday night by a family friend who was baby-sitting the boy and his 12-year-old brother.
Authorities said the end of the rope was knotted, but the rope above the knot was frayed and separated.
