Wet Seal Again Delays Release of Results
Wet Seal Inc. again postponed reporting its fourth-quarter and fiscal 2004 results and said it would seek an extension to file its annual report with securities regulators.
The Foothill Ranch-based company did not provide a reason for the delay.
The struggling youth-apparel retailer, which operates the Wet Seal and Arden B chains, initially postponed the release of results last month and said then that it would report them this week.
Lackluster demand for the company’s clothes has crimped sales in recent quarters.
Wet Seal shares fell 10 cents to $3.82 on Nasdaq.
