Don’t Blame Just OPEC for Soaring Oil Prices

As much as we would like to blame OPEC or greedy oil companies, I believe the recent price rise is at least as much due to irresponsible reporting and unfounded predictions by “experts.”
After weeks of steep climbs, oil prices finally started to retreat for a few days. Suddenly, Goldman Sachs’ wild speculation of $100 a barrel, despite record high crude inventories, are reported by every news outlet in the country, and what do you know, another spike!
