GIRLS’ TENNIS
* Lotte Kiepe and Masha Elakovic, Palisades: The No. 3 doubles team scored a 6-4 victory over L.A. Marymount’s No. 3 team in a 4-3 intersectional victory at L.A. Rancho Park. Palisades’ top player, Olivia Colman, dropped out of school last week to enroll in an independent-study program. She had not played for the team this year.
BOYS’ WATER POLO
* Jordan Watson, Palos Verdes Estates Palos Verdes: Had four goals to lead the Sea Kings (7-2), tied for fourth in the Southern Section Division III rankings, to a 10-4 nonleague victory at L.A. Loyola (4-2), No. 9 in Division I.
GIRLS’ VOLLEYBALL
* Brittany Lowe, Anaheim Esperanza: Had 25 kills, including 10 in a match against Downey Warren, as the Aztecs, ranked No. 1 in Division I-AA, beat Villa Park and Peninsula to win three pool-play games in the Capistrano Valley tournament.
