3 Charged in Connection With Airliner Bombings

Prosecutors charged three people in connection with the Aug. 24 suicide bombings of two Russian airliners that killed 90 people, Interfax reported.
Police Capt. Mikhail Artamonov was charged with negligence that led to fatalities, the news agency said, quoting prosecutors. Airline employee Nikolai Korenkov and ticket scalper Armen Arutyunian were charged with complicity in terrorism.
