Firefighter Pleads Not Guilty to Setting Blazes

A U.S. Forest Service firefighter has pleaded not guilty to charges that he started a fire in Los Padres National Forest last summer.
Craig Matthew Underwood, 31, of Greenfield is charged with causing three fires that burned 800 acres and cost $2.5 million to extinguish. He is being held in the Santa Clara County Jail on $150,000 bail.
