Ducks Charities Award Grants to 32 Nonprofits

The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim and Mighty Ducks Care, a fund of the Robert R. McCormick Tribune Foundation, have awarded grants worth a total of $206,000 to 32 nonprofit organizations.
The fund has given more than $5 million since its inception in 1997.
Fifteen organizations were awarded grants for the first time this week, including Help for Brain Injured Children, Stop Gap and Orange County Teen Challenge.
In addition, 17 grants were awarded to previous recipients, such as Children’s Hospital of Orange County and the Orange County Rescue Mission.
