O.C. Address Used in Alleged Welfare Fraud

A Michigan brother and sister were charged with felony welfare fraud Monday for allegedly collecting more than $15,000 in food stamps and child care payments while claiming to live in Orange County.
Quidonna Taylor, 33, and Clifford Taylor, 27, both of Detroit, are accused of having the California Department of Social Services mail checks and scrip to a post office box in Orange County, from where it was forwarded to Michigan.
