Stacy Stephens’ short fadeaway jump shot with 35 seconds left secured No. 2 Texas’ 63-59 victory over No. 14 Baylor on Thursday night in a Big 12 Conference tournament semifinal game at Dallas.
Stephens finished with 16 points for the Longhorns (28-3), who will play No. 19 Oklahoma in Saturday’s final.

Stephens worked inside for 14 first-half points but got into foul trouble early in the second half and played only two minutes and took two shots after the break. But her twisting shot in the lane put Texas ahead, 61-57.
