Woman Paroled by Gov. Is Ordered Deported

A judge on Tuesday ordered the deportation of a woman who was paroled by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger after serving 16 years in state prison for killing her husband’s lover.
The judge denied Rosario Munoz’s contention that she was entitled to residency because her son is a U.S. citizen and because she was the victim of domestic violence committed by her husband, also a U.S. citizen.
