Flash Floods Claim Lives of Man, 4-Year-Old Girl

Flash floods killed one man and a young girl after vehicles were swept away by high water.
The body of 4-year-old Abigail Dummitt was discovered near Kehoe.
The girl disappeared Friday while riding in a pickup that was swept into high water several miles away in nearby Carter County.
Weyland Ingle, 42, was found dead after his all-terrain vehicle was caught in a flood, also in eastern Kentucky.
