Re “U.S. Steps Up Airport Focus on Pakistan,” July 1: Someone not of Pakistani origin may visit Pakistan via India, Nepal, Iran or Dubai, receive paramilitary training at one of the camps and return to the U.S. from one of these countries or any European country. Will he escape scrutiny at major U.S. airports?
