Cleveland Cavalier rookie LeBron James will be kept out of practice today to rest his sprained right ankle and will be a game-time decision on Tuesday against Seattle, the team said.
James was injured Saturday in Cleveland’s overtime victory over the Jazz at Utah. X-rays taken Sunday were negative when James was reevaluated by team doctors.

Donn Nelson, a Dallas assistant coach and president of basketball operations, cautioned not to read too much into his meeting with Portland General Manager John Nash, insisting the Mavericks weren’t looking to trade for Trail Blazer forward Rasheed Wallace.
“There has never been an offer, there isn’t one and I don’t expect there to be one,” said Nelson of the Saturday meeting before the two teams played. “It’s really just a media fabrication more than anything else. We just wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything we were missing, and there wasn’t, so we just kind of move on our separate ways.”
