Alert Canceled; Girl Now Considered a Runaway
From Times Staff Reports
A statewide Amber Alert for a 12-year-old girl was canceled Saturday because she had left willingly with two adult acquaintances, police said.
Although an investigation continued, Celina Bruno is now considered a runaway, Long Beach Police Officer Greg Schirmer said. Police did not believe she is in danger, he said.
The girl was last seen about 5:15 p.m. Friday before allegedly leaving with Tony Rich, 41, and Julie Dennis, 35, Schirmer said.
