Chris Isaak has been on the road less since being on the box more because of his Showtime TV series. The Bay Area showman, known for the most sparkling jackets since Elvis, will remedy that with a performance on the King’s birthday tonight at the House of Blues -- the same night the second season of “The Chris Isaak Show” begins.
