Former Tennis Star Held on Child Support Debt

LAGUNA NIGUEL
A former tennis pro was arrested Thursday in Laguna Niguel on a fugitive warrant for failing to pay $80,000 in back child support in New Jersey, officials said. Roscoe Tanner, 52, is being held at the Orange County Jail on $50,000 bail.
