Motorcyclist Hit, Killed on Freeway Is Identified

A 39-year-old motorcyclist killed on the Santa Ana Freeway in Fullerton on Friday night was identified as William Baclawski of Buena Park, the Orange County coroner’s office said.
Baclawski died after a Dodge Dakota swerved and hit his motorcycle. He was then was struck by a tractor-trailer while he was on the ground.
The driver of the Dodge, Ricardo Cedeno of Anaheim, 32, failed a sobriety test, the California Highway Patrol said. Cedeno was arrested on felony charges of drunk driving and hit-and-run.
