Man to Be Charged in Girlfriend’s Slaying

A 23-year-old man will be arraigned on a murder charge today in Riverside County Superior Court. David Wald Stanford is accused of stabbing to death his girlfriend, Amber Marie Frink, 21, of Murrieta on Saturday.
