Bravo, Cromwell

Thank you for recognizing the talent of James Cromwell (“Acting vs. Activism,” Aug. 1). I have been a fan since first seeing him at the Taper in “Terra Nova” at least 25 years ago. When he achieved worldwide recognition in “Babe,” it was gratifying not only for him but for those of us who hope to be counted among his fans. His continuing career in movies and on television is another plus.
