‘Smile’ -- Brian Wilson will mount a U.S. concert tour of his “lost” but reconstituted Beach Boys masterpiece, “Smile,” starting Sept. 30 in Minneapolis, with a Nov. 2 date here at Walt Disney Concert Hall.

Boss backup -- “Born on the Bayou” will meet “Born in the U.S.A.” on the upcoming Vote for Change anti-Bush rockers’ tour, with headliners Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band enlisted to do double duty as the backup unit for John Fogerty.
