Authorities Ask Help in Finding Missing Man

Authorities are seeking the public’s help in finding a 32-year-old Filipino man who was reported missing after leaving his grandmother’s home in Westminster.
Vladimir Urquico, also known as James or Emil, was last seen Tuesday and may have headed to Torrance, where his family lived until last month.
He apparently was unhappy with his family’s decision to move, detectives said.
Urquico, who suffers from depression, is about 5 feet 3 and 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He walks with hunched shoulders and his head tilted to the right, detectives said.
He was last seen wearing a “FUBU” shirt, denim shorts and white sneakers.
