NASA Delays Launch of Second Mars Rover

The launch of the second NASA rover headed to Mars has been delayed until at least Wednesday night because of recurrent problems with a band of cork insulation on the lower part of the Boeing Delta II Heavy rocket that is to carry the robotic probe into space.
To reach Mars without running out of fuel, the rover must be launched by July 15. The rovers are set to examine geologic clues that could reveal whether water once flowed on the Martian surface.
