A federal jury in Brooklyn, N.Y., convicted the four of charges including wire fraud, conspiracy and money laundering, Assistant U.S. Atty. Matthew Levine said.
Convicted were Polina Sirotina, 34, a partner in the firm; Mamed Mekhtiev, 33, its lone trader; Albert Guglielmo, 43, Evergreen’s president; and Philip Levenson, 48, who posed as an accountant.
