Buildings Sold in Ontario Business Park

All three buildings in the 1.1-million-square-foot Airport Mission Business Park in Ontario developed by Newport Beach-based Western Realco have been sold for more than $40 million.
Among the distribution facilities completed last summer is an unoccupied 857,000-square-foot building on Mildred Avenue, which was bought by Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis Advisors for an estimated $27 million.
Western Realco developed the business park for seller Connecticut General Life Insurance Co.
Carson-based Carson Estates Trust bought a 168,000- square-foot building on East Mission Boulevard occupied by Evergreen Ground Logistics Enterprises for $7.9 million.
The principals of All Cartage Transportation bought the 102,400-square-foot building their logistics company occupies on Mildred Avenue for $5.2 million.
