Government Minister, 2 Pilots Killed in Crash

A plane carrying members of the new government crashed in western Kenya, killing one minister and the two pilots and seriously injuring at least three other ministers, a presidential spokesman said.
The chartered Gulfstream carrying 12 people crashed into two houses as it was taking off from Busia on the Ugandan border, spokesman Isaiah Kabira said. It was not known if anyone was inside the homes.
Labor Minister Ahmad Mohamed Khalif was killed.
