Alternate Ending

In “The Last Word in Films” (Aug. 11), Bob Baker writes, “ ’28 Days Later’ appears to be the first film to give theatergoers the make-up-your-own-mind experience of multiple endings often offered on DVDs.” I don’t think so.
The 1985 adaptation of the board game “Clue” was released to different theaters with three endings, then [subsequently] shown with all three endings, one after the other.
