Thursday: The Ventura Chamber of Commerce’s political action committee has invited candidates in the 23rd District congressional race, a seat held by Lois Capps (D-Santa Barbara), and the state 35th District Assembly race, a seat held by Hannah-Beth Jackson (D-Santa Barbara).
