Man Found Dead in Wilshire District

A 31-year-old Los Angeles man was found dead in the street in the Wilshire district early Thursday after bystanders heard shots and saw a car speed away.
Los Angeles police identified the victim as Yuseff Emil Gardena and said his death may be gang-related. Det. Jeana Franco said the incident took place in the 1900 block of West View Street shortly after 2a.m.
