Man Arrested in 3 Sexual Assaults

A Bakersfield man suspected of sexual assaults on three teenage girls in the Lancaster area in the past two months has been arrested, authorities said Tuesday.
Jamaal M. Chase, 25, was booked on suspicion of rape, attempted rape, sexual battery, criminal threats and false imprisonment, said Lt. Donald Downton of the Lancaster sheriff’s station.
He was held in lieu of $80,450 bail.
