Re “Bikers Push for Relaxed Helmet Laws,” May 13: Having survived three accidents (one motorcycle and two bicycle) because of mandatory helmet laws, I’ve come up with a conclusion about those who refuse to wear one: They either have nothing worth putting in one, or they are waiting for evolution to happen.
