Ex-Cerritos Coach Hiredat Redlands East Valley

Kurt Bruich, who helped turn around the football program at Cerritos High, has been hired as coach at Redlands East Valley. Bruich was 26-16 in four seasons at Cerritos, which had been 21-71-1 in nine seasons before his arrival.
Cerritos principal John Slatinsky said teaching positions are tied to coaching vacancies for football, wrestling and boys’ basketball.
