Grand Jury Urges Action Against Rats

Citing a high number of complaints about rats, the Orange County Grand Jury on Thursday recommended that county Vector Control add inspectors to help eradicate the nests of the disease-carrying rodents.
More than 81,000 complaints were filed countywide in the past seven years, the Grand Jury reported.
