‘Aladdin’ may be theme-park act, but it’s worth it
I must take exception with the article written by Robert Niles on the show “Aladdin” at Disney’s California Adventure (“ ‘Aladdin’ strives for a little magic,” Dec. 19).
While Niles does admit the show is better than most theme park entertainment, he would have you think it’s not all that great. Although they have to do the entire story in 40-45 minutes, I thought it was very good. We had seen “The Lion King” just a week ago, and I have to admit, for the money, I’d rather have seen “Aladdin.”
