School District, Teachers Agree to 3% Raises

The Orange Unified School District and its teachers union have agreed to a labor contract that raises salaries by 3% across the board.
The Orange Unified Education Assn. and the district’s board of trustees voted Thursday to approve the deal, which extends the teachers’ contract to 2005.
