Foundation Approves $113,000 in Grants

The Ventura County Community Foundation has approved $113,500 in grants to support groups it says are improving the health of individuals and families in Ventura County.
Recipients included the American Red Cross, for fire prevention and preparedness programs, $30,000; City Impact, for student assistance and leadership support, $15,000; and Interface Children Family Services, for the Safe Place Project, $20,000.
