SAN FRANCISCO — One of the winners of the third-largest jackpot in California Lottery history came forward Monday to claim her share of the prize.
Cindy Blair of Brisbane had the winning numbers for a ticket worth more than $30 million.
“I haven’t stopped laughing,” an exuberant Blair said at a news conference.
Blair said she looked at the numbers three times, before calling her boyfriend over to verify they were the right ones.
Blair had already quit her job at a printing company Monday.
She said she plans to start using her winnings by traveling to Europe.
The other winning tickets were purchased at a Circle K in Costa Mesa, Casa De Liquor in Rosemead and at an outlet in San Marcos in San Diego County.
The total jackpot is $122 million, and will be split among four winners.
