Reagan Library Exhibit Commemorates WWII
The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library near Simi Valley on Sunday will open a new exhibit commemorating the efforts and sacrifices of men and women of the U.S. armed forces during World War II.
Titled “American Heroes of WWII,†the exhibit will feature uniforms, weapons and equipment from each branch of the military.
Highlights include a general’s jacket worn by Douglas MacArthur and the dog tags of Audie Murphy, the most decorated American combat soldier of World War II.
The exhibit will be on display during viewing hours, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, through Jan. 12.
Admission is $5 general, $3 senior citizens 62 and older, free for children 15 and younger.
