Governor Names 3 to O.C. Superior Court
Gov. Gray Davis on Monday appointed three lawyers to the Orange County Superior Court bench:
* .Frederick P. Aguirre, 55, of Villa Park has had his own firm in Santa Ana since 1976.
* .Robert J. Moss, 55, of Newport Beach is a partner in the Santa Ana law firm Howard, Moss, Loveder, Strickroth & Parker, which he co-founded in 1987.
* .Michael J. Naughton, 61, of Mission Viejo has a private practice specializing in civil, criminal and family law cases.
