USC Tops UCLA in Challenge
Five graduate students affiliated with the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate topped a team from UCLA last week at the fifth annual USC/UCLA Real Estate Challenge presented by the National Assn. of Industrial and Office Properties.
The two teams submitted proposals for redeveloping the Seventh Street Produce Market and surrounding buildings in Los Angeles. Their proposals were judged by 20 real estate industry leaders.
Students from USC’s Marshall School of Business defeated a team from UCLA’s Anderson business school. USC leads the series with three wins to UCLA’s two.
