Greenwich Names Head of West Coast Group
Investment banking firm Greenwich Capital Markets has hired Wayne M. Brandt to head its West Coast real estate finance group based in Los Angeles.
Brandt, 39, had been a partner in the L.A. office of Menlo Equities, a real estate investment and management firm. Brandt joined Menlo three years ago after working as a managing director at Nomura Asset Capital Corp. in Los Angeles and New York.
Brandt will oversee Greenwich Capital’s commercial lending operations in Irvine, in addition to developing other real estate finance businesses on the West Coast.
