Cathay Pacific is reinstating some flights from the West Coast that it cut after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Among the changes: Service between Los Angeles and Hong Kong will increase from seven to 10 flights a week starting June 1.... Tour buses, recreational vehicles and rental trucks earlier this month were allowed to travel across Hoover Dam for the first time since Sept. 11. Long-haul tractor-trailers will remain banned indefinitely, said a spokesman for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation in Boulder City. The dam is along U.S. Highway 93, a main travel route between Las Vegas and Phoenix.... Travel seller www.expedia.com has added Internet-only Alaska Airlines discount fares to its site.... Club Med, the worldwide resort chain, has ended its $30 one-time initiation fee for guests.... Admission tickets to the San Diego Zoo ($32 adults, $19.75 ages 3-11) and the San Diego Wild Animal Park ($26.50 adults, $19.50 ages 3-11) can now be bought online at www.sandiegozoo.org.
