Urban Land Institute Meeting Scheduled

Real estate development and infrastructure issues facing California communities will be the topic of an April 16 meeting of the Los Angeles District Council of the Urban Land Institute.
Speakers will include Lee Harrington, chief executive of the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corp., as well as land-use planning and legal experts from several firms.
The event will begin at 7:30 a.m. at the Century Plaza Hotel in Century City. Cost is $50 for nonmembers and $30 for public officials and students. For information, call (800) 321-5011.
