Vote Early in Florida

Re “Reno Enters Race to Try to Unseat Florida’s Bush,” Sept. 5: To correct (or avenge!) the second “day that will live in infamy,” election day, Nov. 7, 2000, I suggest we send our tax rebates to Janet Reno in Florida as she works to unseat Jeb Bush as governor. To paraphrase William Shakespeare, “Out, damned spots!”--first, Jeb in 2002, then George Dubya in 2004.
