Re “The Gang’s Still Here, despite Court Order,” Oct. 1, on the Pacoima Project Boys gang members: Foreign terrorists are not the only ones instilling fear, killing innocent people and destroying our neighborhoods. What about the gangs in our country? Aren’t they doing the same thing?
