Girl, 16, Fatally Injured While Rushing for Bus

A 16-year-old girl died Thursday after she was hit by a car while rushing across a street to catch a bus, authorities said.
Rose Denise Oggs, a Lancaster High School student, was fatally injured shortly after 6 a.m. at 30th Street East and San Ramon Drive.
The driver was not cited, authorities said.
