Government Offer for NextWave Licenses
Do we understand correctly that, as reported in “NextWave Settlement Faces Hurdles†[Nov. 1], NextWave has failed to pay the government $4.7 billion for wireless phone licenses auctioned by the FCC, and now the government is agreeing to pay NextWave $5 billion for returning the unpaid licenses to the FCC?
